i made these for dinner. they were awesome. tilapia with cilantro/cucumbers/onions and a sriracha/mayo/caper/lemon sauce
garlic/lemon/basil shrimp over avocado
cucumber/avocado/chickpea salad with grated carrot/parsley and a sriracha/lime dressing
grilled chicken quesadillas with mushrooms/bell peppers/caramelized onions
homemade red sauce and meatballs over spaghetti and garlic bread with garlic/romano/parsley/parmesan
roasted cauliflower/zucchini with romano and an everything but the kitchen sink salad with chicken
honey barbeque sriracha wings

cabbage/peas/mattar pulao/daal/chicken
beer battered catfish

oh yeah, i took all my pictures on the windowsill because the lighting was way better. i don’t actually eat my meals by my window, in case you were wondering.
last supper timez with my roommates at the end of the semester. faux saag paneer, coconut shrimp, chicken tikka masala, aloo gobi. and rice.
finally nailed this shit. it was awesome.

parents got a new grill; it is amazing.
