made spring rolls today. they were pretty good, but kinda time consuming. and by kinda i mean really. also the first one i made was super duper ugly.

in other news, i now own half a pound of lebanese garlic sauce. if i could have this stuff directly injected into my veins i would. i know i say the same about los cucos’ green sauce but this stuff is just something else. rusty spoon, rubber band, give it to me. this stuff is gonna be so good slathered on gyros or shawarma, holy crap.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAH. he’s currently trying to chew my leg off. not so funny.
